  If you have the privilege of moving into a new building, then there really isn't a problem. However, why did I move into a bigger place? If you have a new place and your family increases, then stay!!! First, this new company's policy is stupid. 2 people per room so we had to do a waiver. This meant my teen son would've had to share a room with my teen daughter if we were denied, or pay a $1500 transfer fee. No regard for gender or age for housing. Then we moved. Issues everywhere. We put in work tickets and they eventually get to them. 6 work tickets for our ice maker. 3 work tickets for the space under the door where bugs crawled in constantly. 2 for the outlets that could barely hold a plug and would fall out and sometimes spark (this was not seen as an emergency and btw, we got 20 replaced). Wrong size screens for windows. Not replacing messed up cabinets. Prices keep increasing. They only take money orders (can't pay by debit or credit). Prices of extra keys have doubled. Renting the clubhouse has doubled. If something is damaged, the cost for repair is extreme (damage the $3 blinds and end up paying $25, so do like we did and do it yourself). And no published chain of command for complaints. I gave 2 stars because the housing staff will get back with you, they're courteous, and will help as much as they can; furthermore, if you get a new place, most of these problems don't exist.

  the dude that does the final checks before you checkout is a douche. He will find anything wrong so they can charge you. You wont leave this place without being charged. Please be advised don't stay here you will truly regret it.
